Salazar Fabrication LLC was established in 2001 and has been servicing Houston and the surrounding area. We started as a modest location and have grown to a 30,000 sq ft facility with 6 overhead cranes and a separate 15,000 sq ft facility with 2 overhead cranes utilized for fit and assembly.

What We Are Capable Of
To be committed to delivering the highest quality welding and fabrication services to our customers means we have to have the tools and equipment to stand up to that challenge of making that commitment.
First off, We can cut steel with several different methods.
We can cut a 20 foot x 40 foot plate with our CNC Plasma Cutter, removing the need to hand cut plates the old fashion way. And with our Nesting process we maximum how many parts can be cut from a single plate.
With our Band Saw, large pipes and channels are cut to length in a single straight cut.

Did I mention we have Peddinghaus Anglemaster?
Not only does it cut an Angle to the perfect length every time,
taking out all human error, but it can also punch ever hole need into the Angle.

Next comes the fabrication process
which we have multiple stations in our shop to assemble your product and weld it together using multiple welding techniques and processes. And because our shop has multiple bridge cranes, we can move 40-foot-long beam easily from station to station.
After fabrication
We can make sure or product last by painting using your or our custom paint specs.
Or we can have the whole product galvanized.
